Daniel McReynolds(Chairman/Owner) - Dan is a serial entrepreneur who has more than 20 years experience in the financing and growth of small businesses. Currently Dan is Chief Strategy Officer(CSO) and a Principal of July Business Services. He graduated with a BBA from Baylor where he also holds a Juris Doctorate.
Thomas Rooney(President/CEO/Owner) - Tom spent the first 25 years of his professional life on Wall Street as a highly ranked analyst and investment banker, first at DLJ then at The Chesapeake Group. His specialty was providing financing, trading, research and investment banking advice to companies in the IT Services and BPO industries. He graduated with a BA from Bates College. Douglas Land(Treasurer/Owner) - Doug is the founder/managing director of The Chesapeake Group, a boutique investment bank in New York that specializes in providing services to small companies in the US, Europe and India. Doug graduated with a BA and MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.
Anthony Grimes(General Manager) - Tony has over 20 years experience in the IT/BPO industry including 14 years with TOS and its predecessor companies. In his current role Tony has responsibility for all the daily operations of TOS' call center in Raleigh and to this he brings unparalleled experience as well as passion. Kathy Browning(Senior VP- Business Development) - Kathy has 19 years experience in the call center/BPO industry including 16 years at Convergys. She has extensive experience in operations as well as sales and this experience spans multiple industries including healthcare, retail, high tech and government. Richard Tyler(VP Sales) - Dick has over 20 years experience in the call center/BPO industry mostly at TOS and its predecessor companies. He has extensive expertise in the outsourcing of technical support and service intervention programs around the PC, peripheral and consumer electronic industries. Dick has responsibility for maintaining TOS' many client relationships in these industries as well as selling new opportunities. He attended State University of New York at Brockport. Jason Young(VP Sales) - Jason has over a decade of experience in the call center/BPO industry including time at a TOS predecessor as well as with Teleperformance. One of Jason's key strengths is his ability to "missionary sell" new markets as evidenced by his current focus on the emerging opportunity in 311 for cities and municipalities in the US.
