Tom spent the first 25 years of his professional life on Wall Street as a highly ranked analyst and investment banker, first at DLJ then at The Chesapeake Group. His specialty was providing financing, trading, research and investment banking advice to companies in the IT Services and BPO industries. He graduated with a BA from Bates College. Doug is the founder/managing director of The Chesapeake Group, a boutique investment bank in New York that specializes in providing services to small companies in the US, Europe and India. Doug graduated with a BA and MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Richard Tyler ( VP Sales )

Dick has over 20 years experience in the call center/BPO industry mostly at TOS and its predecessor companies. He has extensive expertise in the outsourcing of technical support and service intervention programs around the PC, peripheral and consumer electronic industries.
